      Pros

      Promotes inventions through financial rewards and recognition towards IP submission that lead to patent.

      Cons

      Mid management appear to be at loss to connect between top level to the execution level. Very low motivation at the execution level due to multiples layoffs within the last 3 years alone. Many projects on hold waiting the announcement which had became a habit for every quarter or half year.

      Pros

      Engineers have a lot of power in this company to influence many decisions. Not a lot of panic and stress in the work environment. Management is focused on getting the job done of course but in a manner that I really respected. I had no unreasonable demands during my employment.

      Cons

      People can be very set in their ways going back to the IBM days. Resistant to change in other words.

      - Free fitness programme - Decent bonus and increment for the past few years

      Cons

      - Can be overloaded with work sometimes - Very slow career advancement ( if any) - No clear communication about work performance.or career plans for staff.
