      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with my manager and fellow employee. Lots of work to do. Nice facilities to use to relieve some stress.

      Cons

      Not alot of challenging work and there seems to be alot of pushing work around where everyone pushes their work to another. Also, some of the employees need to be more respectful toward others, especially in terms of the relaxation facilities and need to learn to go home; rather than spend 5 hours of their daily lives playing ping pong.

      Pros

      - Even though disk storage is considered old tech, it still has a lot of growth potential due to more need for digital media storage - Very structured big company environment if you like that - Bonus program and incentives are pretty good

      Cons

      - Salary is not very high compared to other companies - It wants to differentiate with software but quality of software engineering is not there - Slow to adapt to changes in industry.
