* Knowledgeable peers and managers with ability to provide guidance. * Willingness to adapt to change, which can be difficult in many working cultures. * Flexibility in work schedule; allowing in-office start times based personal schedule, which I found very valuable.

Cons

* Insure that you inform new hires that you DO NOT give merit annual increases. Annual increases occur only when WD does a competitive overview, which is about every four or five years. Therefore, please understand that WD does not give annual merit increases.
