- double standards both between teams and within teams. - no teamwork. - older workforce, most senior managers are baby boomers who have no understanding of 21st century work practices. - lack of flexible work arrangements, hostile work environment for staff raising a young family. - no training. - company is clueless about the needs of employees that are disabled or have a chronic illness. - patriarchal work culture that patronizes and infantilizes grown-up employees.
