      +Lax work environment +friendly atmosphere +great location

      -crowded working area -no career path plans -management does not appreciate employee -terrible employee perks -terrible benefits -company too cheap, working place feels like a cheap motel -management manipulates employee to work on impossible deadline

      Pros

      Leadership Team knows what they're doing; great product set; improving the employee satisfaction and engagement; very smart people - most are great to work with.

      Cons

      May still be a bit lean to adequately allow employees to do their best work...you never feel like you've done your absolute best work because you have so many other priorities to get to next.

      Pros

      employees are very smart and very technical . nice location. nice size cubicle. coworkers are usually very friendly. Once in a while you will meet a couple of difficult people but WDC has a training class to teach you how to deal with them . SO, you get the hint :)

      Cons

      culture is to send out email after midnight to demonstrate you work very hard. Bosses don't really care if you delivered project. As far as you work until 3 am every one will be happy.
