      So far mostly positive but after acquisition by WD things are changing

      Pros

      Good work environment, excellent people, good drive to be the best

      Cons

      Small growth in regular compensation and growing dependence on bonuses. Also, company is becoming too invested on reusing or making marginal improvements to old technology in current products at the expense of developing new technologies to face future challenges and ensure long term growth

      Pros

      Very stable company, they don't lay off people too often.

      Cons

      long working hour, no food is provided. Has to go to work on every Saturaday. Very bad health benefit

      Pros

      Pay is OK (base+bonus+ESPP). Could do better given the work. Nothing else to think of for 'Pro'

      Cons

      -Not much room to grow or to get promoted, -There is excessive work, cannot balance work/life, should allow work from home at least once a week, since most people are working 7 days a week anyway! -Benefits are very poor, health plan is really horrible -Forced vacation, forced shutdown, almost no vacatiions hours remain in your balance -Very poorly organized, no rigorous documentation, no robust training program -Some people have no work, easy jobs but have been able to survive in the company while some folks are getting squeezed due to ever increasing work load
