      Focus on the customer is never csonstantly emphasized. Everyone focus only on meeting their KPI resulting in silo thinking, lack of info sharing across department and sub optimization of the final product.

      - Large organisation with the opportunity to learn a lot up to a point - Excellent employee stock purchase plan

      - Heavily silo-ed between departments. Some effort required to break barriers - Top-down management & heavy bureaucracy - At risk of being disrupted by emerging storage technologies, such as cloud storage & SSDs.
