      Pros

      The ESPP has been phenomenal. Most people are locked in at $10 and the stock is trading at about $40.

      Cons

      There are long hours and working on the weekends is a necessity. Very rarely are people promotoed. There have been very competent people working for 15+ years and still haven't been promoted.

      Fiscally astute company with leaders who demonstrate thorough understanding of the industry and managerial resolve to do what is necessary to keep the company's business results in the black.

      Cons

      It would be nice to see a bit more attention and money put into creating a more pleasing physical environment to work in.
