-very easy work -plenty of overtime -3-4-3-4 work week -PTO & paid sick leave

Cons

-lots of cliques, make a mistake be ready for it to characterize everything about you -trainers/team leads will purposefully hold back on training you further if they don't like you -wage increase for higher positions isn't much
