Management is the worst. Political. They lay off incredibly good, hard workers (every other week!) and keep the ones who suck up and do little to no actual work. They have a million systems and no one is aligned. They spend entirely too much money on people traveling up and down the coast for one-hour meetings. They make terrible business and acquisition decisions.
