      Cons

      The schedule and milestone are such a joke. Positively speaking, it's aggressive; negatively, it's just super bad planning. Usually working out though, cus we all need to work 12 hours per day (weekends) at least and just patch patch patch. But, well, memory design are very forgiving... Functional groups only focus on their stuff, never care much how to integrate a chip, or act as a team
