The corporate culture was fear based. Team did not trust each other. The Exec. routinely yelled at her team in the meetings and would be talking to herself practically as others were scared to discuss to submission. Profanity was used regularly. In the wake of social media this was odd, There is no public and private anymore.... M&A dept had amateur Sr. directors trying to lead E2E excellence programs without expertise in that work . Project Reporting was erroneous. Creating and Reading pretty PPTs was the routine but the real company problems weren't being addressed.. They are reactive vs proactive. They use yelling fear tactics as a mgt style.
