      -stock option to purchase at any job level -HMO coverage up to 4 dependents -Stock vesting as bonus

      Cons

      -Salary is not up to date and not competitive -Frequent no salary increase -politics -doesn't offer flexible work hours but expected to render work hours beyond the required time -no overtime pay because of cost cutting but expected to deliver result even after 7-5 -lunch allowance is 32 pesos per day (~0.6$ ) which can barely afford a meal
