basically none. I honestly can not say a single positive thing about wd. Very disappointing. If i had known i would never accepted to work here.
Cons
deqd end job, no salary increase or raise of any kind ever for any one. Dying industry which has no where to go but down and will go away wothin 5 years. Management os incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Product and road map cancellation is tegular and normal just qbout every couple of month. Product that exist are of lowest quality and reliability in the entire industry. Customers are returning what the purchased simply because product just work reliably and cancelling products. Caothic environment. Useless meetings many times a day. LayoffS on regular bases. No future if you care about your long term career. Low moral. Pay and benefits one of the lowest in tech companies. I can go on and on but you get the idea.
