Pros

Excellent Teammates and the work is quite challenging which keeps you interested.

Cons

Poor Benefits. Base isn’t great and company doesn’t really offer much benefits to compensate. Teams are not afraid to hand over work to freshers, which can provide significant initial growth. Individual Workload can be fairly high and I would say overall Worklife balance is poor when working on a schedule. However, this is more because teams are understaffed relative to workload. Management will respect your time if you say no.
