Pros

I have nothing positive or pros to say about this company thanks to bad management

Cons

Employees are forced to work additional days. Instead of the scheduled 3 or 4 twelve-hour shifts per week, you’ll be working 4 or 5 shifts. There are ZERO opportunities for advancement, and management frequently lies. If you become ill and call in sick, they will question you and force you to explain your symptoms. If they deem your illness insufficiently serious, they will ask you to come in and work half a shift. Micromanagement is rampant, and the way they monitor employees is excessive. You are treated as just a number. They also require you to clock out and in for your 10-minute breaks, making it nearly impossible to reach the restrooms, which are far from the clean room. The hourly rate is extremely low, and management boasts about the company Western Digital making billions while employees receive minimal pay. It is highly advisable to stay away from this company due to their unprofessional management practices.

Pros

Benefits are pretty decent, WFH for some positions, stock options

Cons

leadership is toxic, they hire their friends and layoff key people, due to this there is no career growth, the company is unethical and hides its poor unfair hiring practices. They do layoff nearly every quarter - and it is how they manage the books.
