Flexible working hour (hybrid) 1 day wfh. Factory is closed in kl, only left office. Theres no production line, so not pack with operators.

Cons

Bad management and unethical management. Most managers play favourite and biased, most ppl resign due to bad manager.. im one of ppl going to resign due to super toxic environment. Be careful when u filling up pulse survey.company acted like the survey is confidential n anonymous, however manager retaliate and ask u to resign. If u dot resign, they will find any small mistake for u to gve up and eventually resign..they even retrench ppl who they dont like or challenge their decision
