      Pros

      Intelligent, friendly people, good pay, good benefits.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and no direction in the marketing group. Indecision and finger-pointing across the company. It used to be a great place to work, but it's gone completely downhill. The good people are leaving, if they haven't left already. Only bullies left.

      Pros

      I had a great boss and worked with a lot of really smart people. Solid growth in products and staff up until around two years ago.

      Cons

      Over the time I was there management lost focus and failed to commit to a product. There was a real lack of consistent direction across functional groups. That is, the goals of managers from different areas were not aligned. Finally, top management didn't appear to have any idea where to go next.
