      Benefits, competitive pay, no PTO accrual but if your manager approves you take off what you need

      Cons

      Toxic environment, management doesn't understand where the company actually is, too many people brought over from Cisco that don't understand the business

      Pros

      Pay is reasonably good though not outstanding.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is a disaster. The CEO is especially bad. He is continuously self congratulatory talking about how great he is and how wonderful things are. He is out of touch with the teams and has no concept of what direction technology is or should be going. Engineering leadership is awful as well. The head of Flash Engineering is super arrogant and has no clue about software technology or how to build solution. You can also not believe anything he says.,

      Pros

      The company pays well and attracts good talent. My coworkers are some of the best I've ever worked with. The technology is interesting.

      Cons

      The company lacks vision to be a leader, instead choosing to act as a fast-follower in the storage space even though statements are to the contrary. Executive leadership does not understand the storage market and appears to be acting as a follow-the-trend of other, larger companies. Top talent is not recognized or rewarded below the executive level. Roadmaps change often and resulting job security and morale suffer.
