Mostly smart and dedicated people working there. Did not work us to the bone.

Cons

Not the most creative environment, and not a strong commitment to diversity. Slow to change on structural or engineering stack issues that held back team productivity. Very little mobility allowed internally--I felt stuck in my position since I was good at it and the company just wanted me to keep cranking away.
