Pros

Company requires every employee to take ethics and code of conduct training annually. I've worked in Tech for many years, and never seen this kind of priority placed on ethical behavior. Definitely a plus. Also the company has done a fantastic job of helping employees transition to working from home, while keeping the workplace safe for all employees who must be on site. It is a very global firm (two thirds of the workforce is outside of the US) which makes creates different perspectives and learning opportunities. New CEO is thoughtful, strategic and focused on impact. Also committed to diversity and inclusion. 4 out of 8 Board members are women (one of which is African American), remarkable for a tech company.

Cons

WD is actually 3 companies that merged over the last several years, and the integration is still happening. We see the "legacy practices" from these different organizations play out and it can be confusing, at times. Fortunately it is moving towards a more unified and consistent culture, having redefined core values and cultural attributes earlier this year.
