      1) Helpful managers and mentors 2) You get to work on the latest web development technology( for Software profiles). 3) Company is relaxed in terms of leaves and is supportive. 4) Good compensation, along with many other perks. 5) Focus on employee development and learning. 6) Good work culture 7) They have programs for employee applause to celebrate achievements and good work done by someone. 8) Highly inclusive in approach and appreciates input even from Interns.
