Pros

Location, situated at the heart of the country. One of the kind in the country. Technology leader in the industry. Largest employer & supply chain in the country.

Cons

No carpark. No transport. Poor facility planning. Uncontrolled long term spending due to unwilling expenditure during setup. Unhealthy growth of office politics due to recruitment of competitors' staffs. Imbalance work & life. Discouraged & no motivation. No collaboration with nearby research centre or universities. Very little demonstration of social responsibility. Almost no employees' involvement in off work activities.
