At Western Digital, you get a lot of opportunities to learn new stuff by the great training programs they have. Also, internal mobility is encouraged, so one can get exposure to different roles and learn a lot of new stuff.

Cons

Global teams make working hours pretty stretched out in the mornings and late evenings.
