      Great technology with great people before it was taken over by Western Digital.

      Pros

      High end products development thus I get exposed to forward thinking and advanced design approaches techniques. Good bonus when the company was making money.

      Cons

      After WD took over HGST and then WD bought San Disk then it becomes a large company environment with full of politics with people struggle for power. Smaller design centers were shut down.
