I understand that during slow periods, there can be lots of downtime and punch list assignments. I recommend using the downtime to brush up on welding techniques, and safety procedures, Or using this time to mentor others who may be new to the field. By staying proactive and engaged during slow periods, you can continue to develop your skills and contribute to the team in meaningful ways.
