I worked with great people. Whether they were directly on my team or in another department, the majority of people are great. Leadership is reliable and down to earth.

Great benefits, moving up is hard without social connections

Pros

Great benefits, affordable healthcare, good 401K match and bonus/stock structure. When in office many morale boosting activities.

Cons

Hard to move up without social connections or having an 'in'. Bonus percentages have gone down the more years that pass. No real internal interview feedback. Discovered payroll discrepancy between men & women with equal experience.
