Need better training material. Pay doesn’t match current economy

Pros

It’s a job, you can work from home

Cons

They keep adding work, then penalizing you for not completing it all right away. There is no formal training which for an entry level position makes it a steep learning curve. They don’t care about doing right by their employees and keep selling without investing in their infrastructure
