Pros
It is incredible that while the majority of people at WEX balance heavy workloads in a fast paced, constantly changing environment that such a high percentage are genuinely nice to work with. Only a small percentage display any type of ego. Most people will go out of their way to help you solve problems and share their knowledge. It is a testament to the culture and executive leadership at WEX.
Cons
Executive decisions while good for the company overall are not always considered from the perspective of those that will have to execute and often create chaos and unnecessary fire drills for the day to day managers that keep the business running behind the scenes.
