Cons

When Discovery Benefits merged with Wex it was a detriment to the small company culture. Productivity became more important the personal health, especially mental health.

The company itself is really great. The benefits are good.

Cons

If you start in customer service, they will tell you there is all this room to grow and move up-- this is very false. You will be stuck in customer service.
