They literally measure performance based on length of code written and number of PRs. Trying to hit metrics without instituting quality. This ship is sinking, not a great place to work with the current leadership.

Work-life balance; the work isn’t difficult.

Cons

A company struggling to grow but mired in politics and turf wars. Senior leadership naturally has no idea about the ebbs and flows of the business and work is bogged down by meaningless processes and approvals. Accountability is non existent until they need someone to blame. There’s no sense of urgency. It’s a great place if you fail; because you’ll likely get promoted. Project management overload: trackers upon trackers upon trackers.
