Always busy- too busy. Holiday pay.

Cons

Mandated holidays while the entire company is off. They continue to hit record sales but refuse to compensate- 2% isn’t a raise. No benefit for retention.

No work life balance. They do whatever they think they need to to look good. There is nothing genuine about any leaders in this company. Being your authentic self as long as it fits their mold.

-My team is made up of some of the best & most talented people who will be my friends for life -401k matching is nice -Flexible hours and good PTO -Autonomous for the most part, no micromanaging -Job security in that they will invest in your growth if you're struggling -Supportive & safe environment -Great place to learn and grow your skills

Cons

-There have been a ton of managerial shifts in the past year that are changing the way everyone works together, causing animosity -Raises do not reflect inflation or performance -Pay below market value -Filling roles of people who have left is not a priority, instead it's on everyone else to pick up the slack -Runs extremely lean for a 5000+ employee company with record setting revenue -Very little communication between the lower level employees and the higher level employees, leaving large gaps in knowledge when decisions are made -disorganized and continuing to become more disorganized
