      They have a great company culture, a good starting pay rate, and its fully remote.

      Pros

      Amazing company culture, supportive environment conducive to growth, many opportunities to learn new skill sets. Wex ensures employees are felt appreciated and heard which is unfortunately not the norm in Corporate America.

      Cons

      Tendency to take on additional systems through M&As as opposed to merging systems into fewer platforms. This is something being looked at.
