      Pros

      Solid benefits package, solid bonus structure. Decent work / life balance and schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      All corporations have some level of this, but WEX is very much a collection of clicks--a lot like high school. If you aren't buddies with the right crew, you are out of luck. This gets worse the higher up the chain you go.

      Cons

      When Discovery Benefits merged with Wex it was a detriment to the small company culture. Productivity became more important the personal health, especially mental health.
