      This is a great place to work; people here are friendly; the company provides numerous learning opportunities and training; a good work environment;

      There is not much to write about cons. The work is hectic which is usually the case for most companies anyway.

      Pros

      This place has a great opportunity to make good money but I wasn't very lucky to get a warm lead in my position , cold calling most of the time.

      Cons

      Poor of management ,Training is based on shadowing , i received my training on salesforce virtually after 2 months of getting the job . Lake of marketing you have to get you leads from cold calling if you are outbound sales.

      Great team members and good culture between employees.

      Workloads are not balanced with most experienced team members taking on a majority of the work. This is due to the high turnover rate that puts pressure on high performers.
