Fantastic benefits (PTO, health, dental, vision, paid parental leave, etc.) , fair pay, option to work from home, some teams have great schedule flexibility. WEX genuinely cares about its employees.

Cons

Very fast-paced atmosphere. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new processes often in order to excel. Each team is very different from one another, so moving to a new position can feel like joining an entirely new company.
