Solid benefits but with little opportunity for advancement
Pros
Great benefits (Health Plan, HSA, 401k, PTO, Parental Leave). Pay is fair when benefits are included. Volunteer Time Off - Made great use of this solid program for giving employees the chance to help the community Continuing education and education credits - Help pay for and provide resources for bettering yourself
Cons
Limited flexibility - Hours are set in stone Little opportunity for growth - Interns often getting hired directly into corporate from college while plenty of people with college degrees working in operations not getting hired up Unsustainable business - No rectifying actions taken Prides itself for its culture - Not sure what its culture even is after working their for years Unless you're working at the top you're likely just another replaceable cog in the machine $$$ I don't think the corporate level management has a good sense of how the business is operating on a day to day level. Would be nice if they spent some time acknowledging the employees that they serve
