      Poor communications from all levels of management Communicating one thing and then doing the opposite the very next day Some managers are on a power trip Roles out changes that affect users but never let users know other than occasionally

      - Work life balance - Share options

      Cons

      - Office politics at its best. You will only progress if you are in good books of the head of engineering. There are ppl who are in the company for over a decade with no promotions, but brand new employees who are busy pleasing the HOE are made leads in a year - No growth opportunities. - Redundancies left right center even when company is making like +30% net revenue YOY, which is ridiculous. And again, you only get fired if you are not putting efforts to please the HOE.
