      Pros

      Great tenured team. Smart local leadership. Work life balance and flexibility great. Location is great and career development and PTO are top notch

      Cons

      The ability to move up in the organization locally is limited. With a very tenured team not many openings so there is limited upward mobility.

      I have worked at WEX for 10 years and am truly passionate about my commitment to WEX. I am proud of WEX's core values and live and work through those values everyday: Integrity, Relationships, Execution, Innovation and Community. WEX has given me many opportunities to grow and be creative. I am excited to go to work everyday because my job is creative, innovative, fun and challenging.

      Cons

      WEX is a faced paced environment expanding rapidly and while this can be exciting and challenging, employees need to be ready to move quick and shift gears to support expansion.
