      Great staff ,surroundings, understanding the trainer ,offered overtime, the benifits were awesome

      Pros

      People oriented culture that includes walks around the building, teambuilding activities and employee appreciation; Reasonably good benefits; Management has focus on long term

      Cons

      In adding the new locations they had trouble keeping the people-oriented culture. Some leaders in Nashville did not reflect the WEX goals. Changes take a really long time to get completed. Nashville office location tough to reach in bad weather.

      Pros

      Have really liked everyone I've met so far. Great benefits and a really relaxed atmosphere! The onsite gym with classes included is also definitely a plus.

      Cons

      So far, I really don't have any complaints other than a crazy long orientation week that seemed a bit unnecessary.
