      Lovely people..not great on communication

      Pros

      Lovely multi cultural environment. Full of left wingers which is ace. Management is fairly relaxed and informal.

      Cons

      Payroll is the worst..always some error. Worst I've come across. Excepted to pick up others tasks with very little training or briefing. Communication is poor. No part time options or job sharing not very progressive. Mediocre pay. Contract isn't the same as what full time permanent employees get. People are doing overtime yet payment never appeared.

      Open environment; Professional colleagues and senior management; good benefits package; Good life and work balance in the company

      Cons

      Lack of career opportunities with the company; Not clear career progress target within the company. Morale was not very encouraging.
