      Flexible work-life balance. Decent pay.

      Cons

      WEX grows through M&As and never integrates systems after the acquisition. So employees and customers have to deal with chaotic and fragmented tools. Management doesn’t care because the sector (oil & gas) is so profitable that who cares about efficiency. Management is short-sighted and their strategic plans are superficial and contradictory. Basically the whole place is running on buzzwords and spin.

      Pros

      Nice and flexible about life and appointments.

      Cons

      Change expectations with no notice. Expect you to do sales when you’re not in a sales position. Nice long training period with very little actual position training. They pay an extra week at hire, so you get 80 hours of pay after 1 week. But what they don’t tell you is if you leave they keep that money from your final paycheck.

      Flexible schedule PTO and holidays off

      Cons

      They push KPIs so hard at the detriment to their customers and employees. You feel rushed constantly and metrics are difficult to impossible to hit without sacrificing your mental health. Many people work off the clock to be able to hit metrics.
