Lost it's glory

Pros

Still some good people left Good Benefits regarding PTO, Insurance, 401k

Cons

Not good management, mostly after new CTO. I am working here from almost 9 years, even the pay is low compared to the market management used to be friendly and transparent. But in the last 2 years, they started outsourcing a lot and started removing employees from US who are working here from long time and trained most of the off shore people giving lame reasons. Recently managements fired 10% of workforce mostly in US and now they are opening the same positions in different countries. And also recently management removed QA title and want all the developers to concentrate on testing and give training to QA team to be developers
