      Pros

      decent team and leads, department chats for assistance, flexibility with schedules

      Cons

      systems and products are rolled out before being customer friendly, UI for customer tools (online, mobile apps, etc) is awful, and sales doesn't seem to inform customers about the types of accounts they're enrolling in resulting in confusion and many closed accounts.

      Benefits are good and very similar to most companies. WFH options

      Cons

      Low Salary Leadership wasn’t the best or very knowledgeable There is lots of turn over Individual goals and company goals don’t match Favoritism and “clicks” big time! Lack of recognition(unless you are a favorite) They say they are a people first company but, I repeatedly saw otherwise

      Melissa is always looking for cutting edge ideas. They are very versatile and are the best in the industry.

      Cons

      If you are looking to move up in the organization you better manage the way everyone does. They manage from their ivory towers and don’t try and get out to work with you improving your craft. And you better find a senior manager to latch onto to help you climb that ladder. Don’t have your own ideas because you will be told to just do what they tell you. And most importantly stay away from SP, as he will only push you down for himself to get ahead. If you have to work with SP then you should leave because he’s a snake and treats people terribly.
