Flexibility and remote position. Amazing atmosphere even while working remote. Thoroughly trained. Great communication with team and management

Cons

Beware of slow days and taking the remainder of the shift off. It does come out of you PTO with no alternative.

Teams were filled with excellent people Pto around 20+ days is one of the better around the market Role promotions aren't uncommon

Cons

Offshoring of positions Constant shifting of priorities by tech and leadership changes. We had a new CTO every 2 years and with it came switching of enterprise resources. What once was a priority with an acquired company would then be pushed to the side and ended with downsizing of teams, without reallocating resources. You really have to advocate for yourself for role promotions
