Pros

- remote work - a few big clients - some good people

Cons

- company does not know what it wants to be - c-suite completely disconnected from day to day business - separate LOB's but try to act as one but no leadership - engineering and product has no process, zero Agile practices - No prioritization model and scope creep - engineering acts on their own as there is no PMO organization - no accountability for engineering as they do not have the ability to measure their output - trying to act like a fintech company, but has too much underlying tech debt and no leadership to remediate in value add for clients - too many cooks deciding what to do and not enough cooks to actually do the engineering work - strong-headed engineering leadership that wont come to the table and just deliver their requirements with no regard for client or market demand - internal HR investigations into engineering leadership that lead to no changes and only whistleblowers being chastized - HR is outsourced to Brazil -main company variable is cost of gas/diesel, unable to be monetized outside of an uncontrollable variable

Pros

-Higher pay in some departments -Opportunities to advance if you are a favorite and do well in a fast environment -Good PTO -GREAT coworkers in lower levels -Nice building in Portland

Cons

-Out of touch executive team -Constant lay offs and "reorganizations" every quarter it seems with no plan for who will take the existing work -Nonstop workload -Tech stack is disjointed and outdated from years of M&A

Pros

There are no pros the only pro I can think of is that you can work remotely but after covid, there are a lot of companies that you can work remotely.

Cons

Very stressful. This company rips customers off. People sign up for their FSA, HRA, Flex accounts and other accounts and this company makes it almost impossible for them to use their funds. Not only do they have to provide a receipt even though they use the card to purchase the items. They always find a reason to deny the claim, and us people working in the customer service dept. have to deal with angry customers telling us we are a terrible company, hard to reach by phone and angry that they cannot use their phones or their card doesnt work and we cannot do much to help the customer.
