There are none that I can think of

Micromanaged in the call center it’s more about quality than quantity. So many calls back to back. They do not allow you time to check on cases submitted, claim returns etc . But state you do have to check on these. You are basically a prisoner all day being watched. RUN

There honestly weren’t any Pros.

Cons

Good ol boy club. Horrible leadership. They don’t care about winning, they’ll just continue to buy competitors until Wex is the only vendor an Employer has to choose from.
