Business Outlook
Pros
Getting paid, decent coworkers, nice HQ, & cool work culture with flexible/hybrid hours. I'm appreciative of my time and the people I met. It provided a lot of growth and experiences.
Cons
Chaotic, unorganized, siloed, understaffed, lack of clarity and transparency, many lay-offs, & undependable leadership. Employees described it as a "sinking ship". Interesting and unique hiring experience including a lack of training, role clarity, and team support. Felt cliquey at times, some leaders were kind and reassuring. Great people work here, but understanding the company can be challenging to navigate.
