      Bonuses and opportunities available, but you have to meet their metrics

      Cons

      They outsourced a lot of jobs to the Philippines, so I’m not sure how secure the jobs are nowadays.

      Too much executive management change

      Pros

      Bonus program was good. 401k match was great. Generous time off. Lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Executive management changed many times in two years. Change in direction should not have to change this much. 100 employees laid off each quarter which makes existing workers feel on edge about their jobs.

      Remote -great benefits - generous PTO

      Cons

      Micro managing, metrics that are sometimes hard to meet with high call volumes, will get wrote up for being 1 point off on monthly metrics, no growth opportunities unless you know someone, processes change weekly and QA will deduct for not following the correct one. It is hard to keep up with all the changes with the volume of calls ….
