Most are great workers and team players.

Management acts before they investigate There's the cool group and the not cool group A lot of employees were friends before the company started and and it's unfair treatment because of that They tend to believe what the friends say over the new employee and they react on allegations before investigating them most of the time finding the allegations to be false but the write ups are already in the file
